Cold Therapy

• Keep head wrap in a plastic bag and place in refrigerator or freezer until the desired temperature is reached
• Do not apply if ice crystals are visible on wrap

Hot Therapy

• Remove head wrap from plastic bag and microwave for 30 seconds.
• Always test wrap before applying – it should be warm, never hot.
• Add heat by microwaving in increments of 15 seconds until desired heat is reached.
• Do not overheat.
